Lead QA Engineer / Automation Test Engineer (C# Angular Azure) World-leading FinTech that is currently dominating the InsureTech space is seeking an accomplished QA Engineer to join them in an impactful lead role.

As a Lead QA Engineer you'll work on a ground-breaking product that spans across the entire product suite of I, C and T and help to spearhead a QA-focused initiative towards increased automation in an Agile environment and supporting a regular release cycle.

You'll act as a technical pivot, from identifying gaps in testing to building, maintaining and improving frameworks to creating proof of concepts and prototyping.

Currently, the systems are built in C# .Net Core with Angular on the front end and Azure for cloud computing. They also work with RESTful APIs, Docker and Kubernetes, so experience in these technologies is highly advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in defining and implementing test strategies and experience as a proactive, motivating leader who facilitates quality and collaboration in their team.

Requirements:

You have demonstrable experience of defining and implementing test strategy for software engineering teams

You are a proactive, motivating leader who facilitates quality and collaboration amongst your team

You have experience of testing C# applications and can create test automation scripts from scratch using C# coding

You have experience with RESTful APIs, Docker and Kubernetes

You have experience with a JavaScript framework (Angular preferred)

You have experience testing responsive web applications

You have CI/CD experience

Experience with Azure for cloud computing is highly advantageous
