A growing company power electronics company based in Norwich is looking for a Test Engineering Manager to join their team. As a Test Engineering Manager you will have a number of core responsibilities that include;Development of test plans and strategiesOversee and co-ordinate external test programmesTo grow and lead a team covering a breadth of areas that include test and simulationAct as primary liaison between teams to understand and support business needsTo be considered for the Test Engineering Manager position, you must have previously held management positions responsible for a team in the electronics industry, ideally have a background in power electronics testing, be able to identify areas of need for the business and recruit accordingly and be comfortable being hands on where required.
