Global Travel Organisation - Dubai, UAE

Base Monthly Rate: AED 35k - AED 50k

with Medical Cover, Paid Leave and End of Service Gratuity

initial 12 Month Contract

As a preferred recruitment partner to one of the most prestigious organisations in the world, we have been asked to assist in the hire of a number of Scrum Master's to join them on initial 12-month contracts (expected to extend beyond, or eventually go perm). This position is based in our client's global HQ in the vibrant city of Dubai, although initial remote working will be accepted due to travel restrictions.

We are looking for seasoned Scrum Master's with experience working on large technology change programmes within large matrix organisations. We are looking for candidates with good knowledge and experience of Scaled Agile Framework and SAFe Principles.

Experience / Skills Required

*A proven Scrum Master with experience of Technology Change Programmes

*Worked within large or international matrix organisations

*Scrum Agile, Lean Startup, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework and SAFe Principles

*Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)

*Banking / Airline / Oil & Gas Sector Background Desirable

*Useful Certifications: CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), A-CSM, CSP-SM PMI-ACP, PSM, Certified SAFe or similar.
