Job Title:Scrum MasterInside IR 35 Location:Edinburgh Department/Practice: Personal Banking - E-Forms Job Purpose and primary objectives: Minimum 2 years of real hands-on Scrum Master experience (i.e. not just re-badged to be Scrum Master), with cross-functional teams working on emergent platforms Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Transforms the scrum team to become self-organisingGuides the team to work at a sustainable pace to allow for continuous deliveryBuilds a trusting and open environment with emphasis on problem solvingEducates the Product Owner around refining product backlogEnsures the team builds relationships to promote internal and external communicationKey Skills/Knowledge:Experience of successful Scrum adoptionKnowledge of modern development practices and tools for example -XP, TDD, Continuous integration, build agent etc.Experience of changing organisationalteamdepartment mind-sets, culture and structureExperience of coaching cross-functional teams into high performing teamsUnderstanding and experience of applying empirical process controlDeep understanding of the Agile Manifesto and principlesScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, CSP)Experience of automated testing frameworksExperience and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparencyExperience of building a culture of transparency within feature teams by empowering individuals and inspiring collaborative team performanceExperience required:4-10 Years Duration of the Assignment:6 months Person Specification: I.e.
