Senior Associate Lawyer - Commercial TechnologyLondon
A reputable, mid level international firm, are recruiting for an experienced Senior Commercial Technology Lawyer (5-8 Years PQE) to join its Commercial Technology team in London. The firm are highly ranked in TMT & Commercial Contracts with a stellar client list in Technology, Financial Services & Media to name a few.
You will be joining this leading team and working on a broad range of non-contentious matters across Technology, IT Contracts, Outsourcing & Data Privacy. This is A fantastic, enviable practice in an adventurous firm that has bolstered its capacity internationally in recent years.
The work:
- A range of technology focused agreements, including software development & licensing, SaaS/Cloud agreements, SLAs, and IT services agreements
- Advising on data breaches, GDPR Compliance & Brexit considerations
- Drafting and negotiating licences, assignments, agency and distribution agreements, franchises and other commercial agreements.
About you:
You will have between 5- 8 years PQE, predominately within a UK private practice. Excellent in-house lawyers within this experience bracket will also be considered
