Job Title:Business AnalystInside IR35 Location:London/across UK/Ireland Job Purpose and primary objectives: We are migrating the SOX Framework to Open Pages tool (version 8.2.0.1) and looking for a contractor with a strong SOX & Internal controls background. The candidate should also have a good experience of implementing Open Pages tool. Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): ? The candidate will work with the business and implementation partner to create the right structure in Open Pages. ? Work with relevant Control Owners (CO) & Control Testers (CT) in collating the missing data. ? Perform data cleansing to ensure that the data is consistent across all entities in scope. ? Work with the implementation partner to create a flat file structure in order to facilitate bulk data upload in Open Pages. ? Perform UAT testing in Open Pages to check the completeness of data upload and accuracy of data structure & MI. ? Grant access to relevant users in Open Pages. ? Obtain sign-off from Control Owners (CO) & Control Testers (CT) after the SOX documentation is successfully migrated to Open Pages. ? Obtain training from the implementation Partner. Thereafter, provide training to Control Owners (CO) & Control Testers (CT). Key Skills/Knowledge: Education (Essential): Professional accounting and/or auditing qualification equivalent to ACA/ACCA, CIMA etc. Work Experience (Essential): The candidate should ideally at least 5 years’ experience working in banking or Big 4 firms and conducting internal controls or SOX reviews of the banking industry. The candidate should have a strong background of risk and business controls. The candidate should also have a good experience of implementing Open Pages tool. Work Experience (Preferred): An in-depth knowledge of Open Pages tool version 8.2.0.1. Functional/Technical Competencies (Essential): Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to quickly build relationships at all levels of the organisation. Attention to detail is an important pre-requisite for this role. Behavioural Competencies (Essential): The candidate should be a self starter, highly motivated and willing to work as a team member. Travelling:Around 5-10% Experience required: 5-10+ Years
