We are looking for a Procurement Support Manager to be part of the commercial contract management team for a key contract with specific responsibility for managing the strategic sub-contract arrangement to ensure compliance by the sub-contractor as required to underpin contractual compliance.

Your role will involve management of commercial contract conformance, claims and disputes along with change work and new work including the issuing of variation orders. The role will also encompass identifying and managing all aspects of risk and the identification of cost reduction and efficiencies to materially improve the business case for the key contract.

Additionally you may be required to support the business in the negotiation and management of work which the business is seeking to award to third parties or has awarded to third parties.
