Our international client is currently searching for a Sr Test Engineering Manager to be based at the Dresden site. The role will involve managing a group of test engineers, and to supervise and lead the strategy of developing innovative test concepts. Working closely with the IC design team will be required as well as driving the test development activities during product development. Responsibility for the production test transfer to off shore production facilities will be an important part of the role. Required skills for the Sr Test Engineering Manager will include:Strong IC Test engineering experience and background (e.g Advantest V9300)Managerial experienceExcellent communication and leadership experienceDegree in the fields of Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, Master preferredPlease contact Rachel Anderson for further details.
