IT Support and Project Engineer
Head Office in Leatherhead, Surrey - Role is largely field based
Full-Time, Permanent, salary up to £26,000 per annum

It will suit someone with enthusiasm and ambition who is looking to build a strong career in IT.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an IT Support and Project Engineer, you will:- Provide IT support services to our client schools, remotely and onsite
- Deal enthusiastically and promptly with requests and issues
- Assist with IT project implementations, from planning and design through to completion
- Work with the wider team to deliver IT support services and IT projectsSkills and ExperienceTo be considered as an IT Support and Project Engineer, you will need:- A passion for technology
- A minimum of two years’ experience in an IT role
- Experience of working with and supporting a range of information technologies, the following preferred:
- Microsoft technologies: 365, Windows, AD, Server and Exchange
- Networks: network switches, wireless networks, cabling infrastructure
- Cyber security
- Cloud technologies
- Back-up solutions
- VMwareAbout YouAs an IT Support and Project Engineer, you will be a technology enthusiast who is good with people and enjoy solving problems. You will be able to work both under direction and on your own initiative, prioritising jobs as required. You will be service focused and maintain a positive and approachable outlook. You will be enthusiastic and proactive, finding ways to improve the services provided in addition to fixing problems that occur.
