Customer Technical Advocate - Telecommunications I am currently working with a leading telecommunications company who are seeking a Technical Customer Advocate to join their team in Norway. You will be technically astute in core packet technologies and able to use a business mind-set for customers. This is a home-based role where you will be supporting a key customer in Virtual EPC. Customer Technical Advocate Requirements:Norwegian resident who has been in the country 5 + years so that you can undergo Security Clearance at a Confidential Level.Relevant degree, or equivalent, in telecommunications or information technology.Strong knowledge of telecommunications, core packet and 3Gpp Standards.Good understanding of cloud concept.Fluent English speaker.This role will involve significant travel across Norway.
