Agile Delivery Manager (B2B B2C microservices Scrum) Are you a tech-driven Agile advocate, looking for an opportunity to drive a team or project to success and champion best practice in a an industry-leading company that fosters a culture of continuous improvement?

The organisation has skyrocketed to success since being founded in 2003, and have since grown to over 2 million bookings, annually. They provide holidays to more than 1000 destinations worldwide, serving a large, very loyal customer base.
As an Agile Delivery Manager you'll work in a portion of the business dedicated to third party booking and reservations (both B2B and B2C) and will be central to mission-critical decisions that build high performing teams and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, timely overall delivery against the strategic product roadmap. From defining project needs to appropriately allocating resources, managing stakeholder expectations and collaborating with Product Owners to define the priority of releases, you'll get involved in diverse and impactful work.
This is an exciting time to join as the company continues to navigate growth, and are in the process of launching a new website for their legacy platform and moving towards a cloud-first approach with microservices being implemented across the platform.

Requirements:
You have evidence of success as a Delivery Manager and have a credible track record of improving the productivity of delivery
You have experience using most Agile methodologies and drive the adoption of Agile processes in a Scrum team/ project team/ wider business
You're adept at removing pain-points and trouble-shooting
You're a proactive and hands-on and have excellent stakeholder management / communication skills
Any experience working in the travel industry is highly advantageous
As an Agile Delivery Manager you will earn a competitive salary (to £65k) plus a comprehensive benefits package.
