The Project Delivery and Change is a new Directorate in DIT established with the exciting remit to drive DIT's change capability through processes, systems, procedures, culture and working practices that enable staff to optimise new initiatives and deliver through ambiguity and uncertainty effectively. Our aim is to support the delivery of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) objectives of doing the basics well, supporting delivery and building for the future. This includes our office move to Old Admiralty Building.
