Alongside this, they provide solutions to their customers ensuring they have access to a live support desk offering unrivalled and up to date knowledge of the product they re-sell.In this role you will be expected to take on an autonomous position in which you will build relationships and provide support to a wide range of customers, using the specific software, to help design products. Further tasks include acting as a front line support user, create and deliver training material and also create and de-liver pre-sales demonstrations.The ideal candidate will be someone very confident in SOLIDWORKS, other CAD software may be considered too. Further value will be seen in someone who has good presentation and skills and can communicate their ideas efficiently and in a professional manner.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is keen to create specialists within their industry and provide you with the training needed to reach your full potential.
