Assistant Quantity SurveyorLondonMonday - Friday (Days)6 Month Fixed term Contract - £35,000 per year (Potential for Extension) Excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to assist the construction of multiple residential sites in and around London, for an ambitious business that has set its sights on being at the forefront of offsite building solutions. The ideal candidate will be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 1 years in construction projects. You will prosper in an empowered environment that requires you to take ownership for the project at hand, whilst reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Role:* Frequent communication with Head Quantity Surveyor & Site Teams regarding any cost, value or margin challenges associated with the project. * Working on at least one or two construction projects.* Working to timeframes in an fast-paced environment.* Writing Site & Project instructions.*Providing correct Valuations to both site teams and client.
