Principal IT Support Specialist

Essex (Remote work to start)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Autonomy + Flexible Working

In this role you will install, configure and maintain desktop and software workstations, design , develop and maintain existing networks and manage day-to-day work assignments for the IT Support Specialist team in the UK and globally.

The ideal candidate will have experience in 2nd and or 3rd line IT support and have a good knowledge of designing and maintaining infrastructure networks and have hand on experience with SharePoint and ServiceNow.

The Role:

*Designing, Maintaining, and Developing hardware, software and internal networks

*Troubleshooting Service desk enquiries

*Responsibility, Autonomy and Progression

The Person:

*Experienced in IT Support or a Windows based enterprise environment

*Experience in Sharepoint and ServiceNow

*Commutable to Essex (Remote Working to Start)

*Bachelor's Degree is desirable
