The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to work alongside production teams in achieving targets and company standards. The successful candidate will initially oversee H&S improvements and provided the support to progress to be the Plant Manager for the site.

*Plant Manager
*Oversee H&S standards are being met and implanting new processes
*Oversee teams involved in production scheduling, maintenance repair and H&S
*Working in an industrial production environment
*Monday to Friday, Days based shift pattern

*Extensive experience working in manufacturing/ production environment
*Background working in an manufacturing environment*Backgroun working within the aggregates/ heavy industry/ building materials highly advantageous
*Holding relevant health and safety qualifications
