£80k - £100k base salary DOE + comprehensive benefits package

As an established and approved tech hiring partner to one of the leading global consultancies, we have been asked to assist in the hire of an Architect to focus on Amazon Connect and Amazon Web Services.

This role sits within the Cloud Infrastructure Services Business unit. Candidates with real-world experience in providing solutions using Amazon Connect are sought. You will define and maintain technical designs and ensure they are deployed correctly in the cloud environment by your team of engineers.

Key duties

-Development of cloud adoptions business cases, from implementation of Amazon Connect for global companies to helping drive customer journey improvements through channel shifting or use of chatbots

-Contact Centre Migration, from assessment to execution

-Contact Centre Optimisation and Continuous Improvement

-Contact Architecture & Engineering, including the deployment of cloud-based contact centres, data warehouses or real-time streaming services

Skills:

-Amazon Connect

-AWS

-Network Architecture

-Cloud Platform Services (IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS)

-Design of customer experience technical solutions such as Multichannel Contact Centres, CRM solutions, and Contact Centre Workforce Optimisation/Management

-Cloud Architecture best practices and Cloud Automation tools

-Waterfall and Agile methodologies

This role may suit individuals who have held the following roles: Cloud Architect, Network Architect, Amazon Cloud Architect, AWS Architect

This role is work from home. Post Covid there may be a requirement to spend some time on client sites if a project dictates. We anticipate 1 day a week or a run of 2-3 days a month max. Our client has offices in London, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh
