They are currently seeking a 1st /2nd line support engineer to join their small team. Core RequirementsFront line / 2nd line PC support skills - over and above "Turn it off and on again"Office/Microsoft 365 Admin including TeamsAzure basics - VM ManagementFundamental Networking Knowledge (Ubiquiti kit is a plus)Using Ticketing based systemsDealing with clients both over the phone and face to faceGood phone MannerExperience in customer supportAbility to explain IT issues to non IT usersPrevious 1st line experienceConnectWise Manage Knowledge a PlusWillingness to learn and develop - Training both on the job and formal certifications are on offerFull UK Driving License (Clean preferably) Company car availableGood problem solving and decision-making skillsMust have the ability to interact confidentially with clients and colleaguesMain DutiesProviding Support via a ticketing system to all clients who require assistance with a focus on Microsoft technology stackSupport the IT Operations Manager with any additional needsResolve IT issues either over the phone or by going to client's sites.
