Microsoft Dynamics AX/ Dynamics 365F&O Support Analyst- Home based C. £35,000 A highly respected Microsoft Gold Partner are actively recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics AX Support Analyst to join their growing team and provide support for a number of their upcoming project wins. This former winner of the renowned 'Partner of the year' competition is looking for a candidate with a strong background in ERP support, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365F&O.This is an incredible opportunity for any individual looking to take the next step in their professional life as my client put in-house training, learning and development at the top of their priorities. This is an excellent career option as progression up the ranks is encouraged and my client will give you every opportunity to achieve this whilst continuing to develop your already existing skillset.Individuals from an end-user background are highly encouraged to apply as my client looks very favourably upon those who have developed their existing knowledge in this channel.Key responsibilities2nd/ 3rd line customer support of Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Analysing and troubleshooting system issuesAssisting in project based implementation supportBasic development testingDevelop solutions that improve the efficiency and capability of ERP system usersRequirementsA proven track record supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsA diverse modular exposure - ideally including retail, manufacturing, financial or supply chainAbility to troubleshoot system issues through to resolutionWorking autonomously or within team based workExcellent communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to support remotely or face to face This is a fully remote role with occasional travel to sites expected once things return to normal.
