Business Analyst

My client has an excellent opportunity for a Business analysts understand and analyse user and business needs.

Key responsibilities:

Facilitate the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team.

Running workshops, facilitation's to derived EPICS down to User Stories.

Take a user-centered design approach, elucidating requirements, personas, journeys to enable the building of digital services.

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences working with the multi-disciplinary team.

Skills we can't do without:

*Evidence of experience in Business Analysis - gather needs and analysing information

*Designing and delivering end-to-end digital products

*User-Centred Design Services which can be demonstrated through successful project delivery and the achievement of key success measures for projects

*Demonstrable evidence of working in an Agile way with clients to assist them in defining strategic services and solutions to move them along the digital transformation journey.

*Agile / Scrum certified

*Agile Business Analyst with 3 years min - within a software/product team.

*Experience of supporting Product Owners or have been a Product Owner.

*Experience of producing story maps, understand end to end user story, articulate and create the relevant artefacts user stories, process flows.

*Experience writing user stories to INVEST with Given, When, Then criteria.

*Evidence of ability to map business processes and data flows and improve upon them.

*Evidence of strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate and build relationships effectively with a broad range of people, both verbal and in writing.

*Evidence of experience in producing documentation such as, presentations, briefings, feature specifications, and processes

*Knowledge of the technologies used to build and operate digital services.

*Use of collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Github, Trello.

*Cloud-based web applications (preferably Microsoft Azure)

*Proven experience of supporting customers to build in-house capabilities and ensure effective knowledge management and transfer
