At this time, all customer development in .net and SharePoint and SQL/Oracle DBA has been carried out by an external 3rd party, and our client is now looking to bring it all in-house. Joining as a Software Team Lead at this pivotal point, will mean you will have an opportunity to help build the team around you, with plans to recruit up to 7.

If you have good commercial skills from a presale's perspective, able to fully scope opportunities, be a technical evangelist in this area, as well as a business analyst to analyse requirements and come up with solutions, we want to hear from you.

The successful Software Team Lead will manager a team, who provide services to customers such as, SQL and Oracle DBA services, SharePoint development, Business Analytics and Customer application design and build.

You will be responsible for building and defining the scope of the services, as well as provide hands on skills to implement and run the services.

We view this as an excellent opportunity, for you to build your own team and be a part of a new division within this elite business.

Salary: 60-70K

Benefits: 20 days holiday, 3% pension, on call allowance, Unlimited Access to Training, Exam Support including paid for exams, NHS top up
