Job Title:Head of Business interface PAYE or limited company ( Mandatory ) PAYE- Inside IR35 Location:London Job Purpose and primary objectives: Head of Business interface Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): ? Shape, drive, and implement innovative approaches and solutions within and across the enterprise to achieve desired business outcomes ? Partner and consult with business and technical partners to deliver iterative business value and achieve objectives of the business strategy ? Guide through ambiguity; share best practices on conflict/issue/risk management to remove barriers within the change initiative and team, while maintaining momentum ? Perform or direct business analysis and lead solutions options. ? Develop appropriate communication strategies for all levels within the organization and external stakeholders. ? Find efficiencies and define solutions to create a best-in-class solutions business platform ? Effectively use data to drive business value and meet objectives. ? Introduce industry best practices to accelerate change delivery and value realization
Key Skills/Knowledge: ? Experience in planning and managing the implementation of SOA, MDM, ETL, API or Web Services integration solutions ? experience in the technical delivery of IT projects as a developer, administrator or other role demonstrating implementation skills with software products. ? Experience delivering Agile projects ? Good knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, standards and procedures for high quality software development ? Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and department staff, as described above ? Must be familiar with defining system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively direct and assign the activities of team members ? Experience integration with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Oracle and SAP ? Experience in Financial Services or Insurance industries Duration of the Assignment:12 months
