Software Engineer (ETL - SAP BODS): Inside IR 35                                                 IT professional with a proven track record of BI development and strong technical knowledge                                                 ETL development experience and strong knowledge of database and reporting technologies                                                 Can bring experience in ETL Design, Development and Implementation using tools such as SAP Data Services (essential)                                                 Performance analysis and tuning in Data Integration                                                 Has good knowledge of dimensional modelling including applicability to various reporting requirements                                                 Is experienced in reporting from SAP Business Object and strong working skills in SQL                                                 Strong understanding of the basic principles of data warehousing and multi-dimensional data modelling, including end-to-end data flow mapping                                                 Has the ability to present data in a range of formats, while understanding your audience                                                 Great planner and problem solver                                                 Strategic thinker and able to make decisions based on sound judgement                                                 Adaptable and willing to learn new skills                                                 Experience in BFS would be beneficial but not essential
