JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Business / Change and benefits analysts PAYE or limited company ( Mandatory )PAYE Location:London Job Purpose and primary objectives: The End User Technology team is committed to delivering enterprise class end user productivity solutions and is responsible for all aspects of the design, configuration, integration and migration to these technologies into the firm.We are looking for a person to join the Office365 project team to translate and document business requirements and processes. To undertake various gap analyses to aid the correct prioritization of tasks, activities and project focus. Working with the relevant engineers, specialists and teams across the technology department. The Office 365 program is a multiyear project and will be delivering O365 services to the vast majority of the firm.The candidate will have a very strong analytical, presentation, organizational and the ability to collaborate well with others in a truly global team. Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): ? Work closely with key business stakeholders and suppliers to understand and assess requirements documenting in a clear and concise manor ? Participate in developing functional and none functional requirements, testing, training and implementing into production environments. ? Elicit complex business requirements ? Identification, capture, and recognition of benefits, and of continuing programme delivery success ? Assess and document the benefits, risks, and critical success factors of the project or deliverable ? Analyse existing business and operational processes ensuring they are captured in the project Balancing appropriate levels of detail and shifting priorities whilst keeping an eye on outcomes, strategy and scope Key Skills/Knowledge: ? Experience of delivering into a Office365 project or component of ? 5+ years of BA experience and the ability to translate business desires in a key needs and deliverables output, ultimately explaining business value within an end user technology space. ? Documenting the end user experience ? End user Technology Project experience ? Prior experience of working in financial services or consulting firm preferred ? Experienced consultants with good change management and benefits experience ? They will be experienced in supporting Enterprise change and benefits programmes with Microsoft 365 and other technologies ? Appreciation and experience of security, legal and regulatory/compliance controls required to move data into a cloud service ? Strong problem solving and analytical skills ? Writing user / agile stories ? Experience with data modelling and data flows and data analysis ? Design and Jira skills ? Working knowledge of / familiarity with Project Management principles. Certification to Prince 2 Foundation level is a minimum, practitioner preferred ? Working knowledge of / familiarity with ITIL. Certification to ITIL Foundation level is a minimum ? Experience of running projects in an agile mode beneficial ? Strong MS Excel, Project and scheduling skills ? Good MS PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio skills
