Job Title: Trent Systems AdministratorLocation: HarrogateSalary: £27,741 to £29,577 pro rataJob type: Permanent, Part Time (18.5 hours per week (worked over three days)Closing Date: 21st February 2021The Council are seeking an experienced iTrent Systems Administrator with experience of providing system support and development to join the team.The Role:Working within the Human Resources team, the post will primarily focus on the development and support of the Council's HR and Payroll management system (iTrent) as well as developing Business Objects reports, liaising with third party suppliers to ensure knowledge is current and to resolve system problems as well as supporting the ongoing development of the HR enquiry system, Firmstep, in partnership with other employees.About you:In order to succeed in the role you must have a detailed knowledge of iTrent functionality and Business Objects with the ability to explain technical concepts to non- technical users, be able to work as part of a team and translate system improvement ideas into reality, ensure system data is accurate, as well as being able to document system processes and deliver training.The following skills and experience are essential:Knowledge and experience of using a range of iTrent modules including Core HR, RecruitmentExperience of developing user guides and FAQ documentationExperience of developing and delivering systems related trainingExperience of identifying and implementing system improvements including carrying out end user testingExperience of creating data load templates to upload information direct to iTrentExperience of creation of new payrolls, updating and creating new salary calculations and updating structures following re-organisationsExperience of working with IT and third party suppliers to resolve systems related problems and installing system updatesSkilled and experienced in the monitoring and maintenance of workflow enginesExperience of the creation and maintenance of Business Objects reports and the integration and extraction of SQL from these reports so that they can be used with PowerBIExperience of carrying out exception reporting to ensure data is accurate, regularly cleansed and updatedPlease click the APPLY button go through the Council Website and fill in the application form for this role.Candidates with the relevant experience or job titles of; HR System Admin, IT Systems Engineer, IT Systems Technician, HR Systems Support, Systems Analyst may also be considered for this role.
