Core Skills and Experience

*Excellent knowledge of MOSS 2007, SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2016

*Proven track record of designing SharePoint Infrastructure solutions from conception to delivery, including creating architectural documentation HLD, LLD, Operation Guides and Install Guides, delivering high quality documentation

*Excellent knowledge of networking technologies and how they relate to SharePoint, DHCP, DNS, load balancers etc

*Experience in SQL Server and how it relates to SharePoint

*Excellent knowledge of Web Technologies, e.g. JavaScript, jQuery, XML, XSLT, CSS, etc…

*Extensive migration experience of moving from legacy solutions to SharePoint 2016/O365

*Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012 and 2016

*Excellent knowledge of InfoPath

*Excellent knowledge of PowerShell and scripting techniques for the deployment of SharePoint

*Experience of designing and delivering SharePoint Farms (low to high availability scenarios), scale up and scale out

*Excellent knowledge of the SharePoint security model and associated technologies

*Experience of designing, documenting and testing disaster recovery solutions in line with contractual SLA's

*Experience of designing and building SharePoint based solutions

*Excellent verbal & written communication skills

*Proven track record of advanced troubleshooting and fault resolution

Desirable Skills and Experience

*Excellent knowledge of Office 365

*Experience in Records Management solutions for SharePoint both out of the box and 3rd party products

*Experience in DocAve (all modules including Administrator, Governance and Migration)

*Experience in Metalogix (Control Point and Content Matrix)

*Experience in all areas of SharePoint Development

*Experience in designing and building SharePoint Workflows (SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio based)

*Experience in using Nintex Workflow

*Experience in using K2 Workflow

*Experience in configuring and administering Reporting Server

*Microsoft MCSE Certification

8+ years of professional experience and a degree in computer science or related area; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (11+ years in total).
