JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title:SAP Solution Manager Location:Solihull , UK Department/Practice:SAP Solution Engineering Key Skills/Knowledge: ? Person should have an experience in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager 7.2. ? Experience in setting up and troubleshooting BPM(business process management). ? Should possess good knowledge on Operations, Focused insights and CBTA ? Should be able to present and interact business process owners in the environment. ? Must have good working experience on other components of Solman system Admin and Monitoring, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Centers. ? Managed SAP Solman Implementation from top to bottom starting with change management and project planning, to physical transports of changes from the development environment into the productive environment. ? Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System. ? Managing SAP Operations, System Landscape Information, IT Task Management and GPA, Template Management, Test Management activities. ? Excellent documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the environment.? Should possess strong communication skills. ? Ability to understand customer business processes and IT landscape. Experience required: ? Experienced in at least 2 end to end large scale implementation projects. ? Strong knowledge on Operations , Focused insights and CBTA ? Must be proficient in handling Issues/support functions Duration of the Assignment:1 yearPerson Specification: I.e. Negotiating, client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive. ? Should possess strong communication skills. ? Ability to lead and drive tasks in the domain of expertise. ? Good stakeholder management and client liaison skills. ? Ability to work in a multi-vendor team environment. ? Good presentation skills.
