Graduate Design Engineer

£20,000 - £25,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Training + Benefits

Rise Technical is pleased to be working exclusively with Retro Track and Air Ltd who are on the look out to expand their thriving Design team with an additional Graduate Design Engineer.

This is a unique opportunity to join a very long established engineering company working on a variety of legacy & vintage aerospace projects who are looking to expand the team as they continue to secure high-profile public-sector contracts.

On offer is full training on all their internal systems alongside the chance to technically progress within the business and work on highly interesting aero-engineering projects.

The company are based in Dursley, Gloucestershire, perfect for someone looking to work at a local site with great transport links and away from the hustle of nearby cities. The business is looking to develop their team building on an expanding demand from their customers and seek a passionate Graduate to join their business.

This role would suit a motivated Graduate with a real passion for engineering materials. Relevant interests alongside an engineering degree are a real advantage, these include aviation, bicycle, bike, car maintenance or similar.

All in all, a fantastic opportunity to work in a tight-knit, passionate team within an interesting organisation who can offer training, technical progression, and an opportunity to diversify your skills on a range of projects.

THE ROLE:

*Working on a wide variety of projects.

*Design reports.

*CAD models and engineering drawings.

*Working on six MOD contracts.

THE PERSON:

*Degree educated in Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering or similar.

*Aviation industry background or interest is beneficial.

*Passionate about engineering.
