AWS Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Architect 6 - 12 month contract OUTSIDE IR35 A leading company is seeking a Data Warehouse Architect with Business Intelligence experience to create new data warehouse functionality for its multinational business. What you will be doing:Taking a leading role in shaping the future approach to analytic delivery within a rapidly growing technology companyWorking alongside experienced product owners to specify data warehouse design and ETL/ELT requirementsDesigning and documenting new and existing data structuresAssisting with the development and implementation of business rules Communicating new ideas with technical and non-technical stakeholders within the business Technical skills you will need:Strong database design background with excellent documentation skills, including use of database diagramsProven experience of delivering data warehouse solutions to recognised design patterns (e.g., Kimball)Familiarity with modern, cloud based, approaches to data collection, processing and reporting workloadsCreating and maintaining databases with SQL Server 2016+T-SQL queries and programmingSQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)Power BIKnowledge of Amazon Web Services data services such as Redshift, Athena, RDSKnowledge of Azure data services / Azure Synapse Analytics
