As a leading UK MSP for SME's, this employer is seeking a technically focussed customer facing manager to work proactively with their established methodology to deliver value. Focussed on a broadly segmented SME market across the South West, M4, Wales & Midlands, this globally recognised technology service provider currently operates to a £3m budget and can demonstrate a prominent reputation in the managed services sector.
They are looking for a dynamic person who can engage with customers and build relationships to help them achieve their goals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer technical alignment & standardisation, driving best practices, customer productivity & service improvements
- Ensuring that documentation is current, accurate & available for clients & support team
- Identifying projects & develop requirements for delivery & reporting on the status of instream projects
- Accountable for technology alignment with the vCIO to enable value added delivery of IT services
- Service & Productivity focus to drive value from deployed technology so that clients focus on business operations
- The main client point of contact & escalation point
Essential Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role in providing IT services, with a broad technical knowledge of IT systems and components
- A degree qualification or equivalent
- Excellent communication, organisational and analytical and problem-solving skills skills
