An award winning software company serving the social housing and local government sectors is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team. Who are you?

You'll need to be ready to hit the ground running, working with designers, developers and project managers to help clients shape and deliver projects. You'll need to enjoy working with people, be super organised and willing to help with a range of tasks.

A good, proactive attitude is a must. Building great relationships and an ability to clearly communicate is essential. It's an added bonus if you're keen to get stuck into anything where you can add value!

Responsibilities:

- To plan and manage the project, coordinate the team and the customer to deliver the functional requirements

- To assess risks and issues, problem solve and prioritise tasks over the project lifecycle

- To be proactive in managing customer communication and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Manage the ongoing commercial relationship with the client for Contract Changes, Purchase Orders and Billing Milestones

- Translate client requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria

- Conduct feature, functional and integration testing of releases.

- Manage defect tracking and resolution for functional testing and client executed user acceptance testing

Key Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills - you'll need to be in regular contact with clients and key stakeholders

- Have a 'can do' attitude and are proactive

- Experience of managing projects and / or functional workstreams. Love organisation, problem solving and planning. You'll need to have strong attention to detail

- Ability to conduct scoping sessions, document requirements, demonstrate functionality to client stakeholders

- Enjoy working independently as well as in a team and be able to identify where you can add value to the business

- Quick learner

Nice to have:

- Experience in the social housing or local government sectors

- Experience of working with Developers

- Experience with Jira and Confluence tools
