Senior mechanical design engineer role on offer for someone to play an important part in an award winning business who are looking to grow and thrive throughout this period.

Do you have experience working with bespoke systems/machine design and manufacturing? Have you worked with pressure vessel design/high pressure systems?

This company excels in their design and production of bespoke equipment for various industries within the energy sector including Oil & Gas, Subsea and Petrochemical. As part of their ongoing growth they are currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to add their technical expertise to projects.

In this role you will be responsible for the design, development and specification of new and existing pressure related products. Your technical remit will involve ensuring that designs conform to industry, customer and company standards whilst managing non-conformances.

The ideal person will have experience of 2D & 3D CAD modelling & Drafting of pressure vessel design/high pressure systems. You'll have good knowledge of manufacturing processes like machining, welding, surface treatments and strong leadership and communication skills.

The Role:

*Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

*Creation of products in line with customer requirements and budget

*Design, development and specification of new and existing pressure related products.

*Manage non-conformances
