Title: Senior Finance Business Partner

Location: York

Salary: Up to £65,000 plus benefits

An international financial services business is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the team based in York. In this newly created role you will be working closely with the Operations team of the UK business helping drive and shape the future strategy.

Responsibilities include:

* Business partnering the Operations function sitting on the Change Board, analysing business cases and providing challenge

* Identify opportunities and risks for the UK business

* Work closely with the UK CFO to deliver on various finance projects particularly driving strategic cost opportunities

* Conduct monthly performance analysis

* Manage the submission of expense re-forecasts and budgets

The successful candidate must have:

* ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified with at least 4 years PQE

* Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner

* Ability to communicate financial problems to non-finance teams

* Proven ability in providing challenge to senior management

* Financial services experience is a bonus but not necessary
