E-Commerce Manager who is highly motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills. JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an E-Commerce Manager who is highly motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in Direct to Consumer sales, managing E-commerce websites, forecasting and budget management is essential.
Working as the E-Commerce Manager you will report to the Marketing Director and will manage and develop a portfolio of D2C and B2B websites.
As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be an exceptional E-commerce professional, with previous industry experience and a passion for driving sales and delivering an outstanding online customer experience and journey.
DUTIES
As the E-Commerce Manager your duties and responsibilities will include:
The growth and development of a portfolio of D2C, B2B and brochure websites
Managing a Team of 3, consisting of Web Developers and an E-commerce coordinator
Driving online sales of the Company's brands, to meet monthly and annual sales targets
Driving improvement through innovation of existing websites
Project management of new E-commerce websites and E-business projects
Working alongside the Brand Marketing Team, to deliver coordinated, multi-channel campaigns
Optimisation of the customer journey, by monitoring key metrics
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
Extensive experience within a similar role
E-commerce sales, forecasting and budget management
Project management of Web development projects
Trading on 3rd party marketplaces e.g. Amazon and eBay
Digital marketing, including E-mail, Content, SEO & PPC
Analysing and reacting to key website metrics
Application and adherence to GDPR
Highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work to tight timescales and deadlines
Active interest in Outdoor pursuits, in particular, Camping, Caravanning, Hiking and or Snowsports
