Quantity Surveyor (Construction) £40,000 - £50,000 + Excellent company benefits

My client turns over 100m+ per year and are known within in the construction industry for their brilliant service. They are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be based in their office near Toombridge.

This position is very varied, but your main responsibilities will be preparation of costing and accounts, commercial management of projects including contract terms and negotiation.

This position would suit a Quantity Surveyor from a construction or industrial manufacturing background looking to progress their career with a forward-thinking business.
