JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Process Analyst - Wealth Management DomainInside IR 35.
Location: Swindon Department/Practice: Business & Technical Analysis Practice Job Purpose and primary objectives: ? Work as a Process Analyst in the Wealth Management domain/area of the client and perform business process analysis, business process improvement, business process re-engineering, business process automation ? Candidate must have strong understanding of UK Wealth management products and processes Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): ? Elicit, analyze, specify and validate the business needs of stakeholders ? Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision ? Identify and manage project stakeholders ? Perform End to End Process Analysis, Process Improvement, Process Re-engineering, Process Automation ? Gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios and other methods ? Perform AS IS Process, Gap Analysis and TO BE Process definition ? Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) around processes and operational elements that might be causing errors/exceptions ? Create as-is/to-bee process maps, customer journeys ? Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and process automation ? Participate in solution and feasibility analysis discussions ? Provides requirements consultancy to development and test teams ? Provide business readiness support wrt training, process documents etc. ? Highlight risks/issues as appropriate Please note: It is an individual Contributor role but will be a part of larger delivery team
Key Skills/Knowledge: ? Experience in Retail Banking & Financial Services Domain (Wealth Management) ? Strong interest in the financial markets and good understanding of UK Wealth Management products ? Ability to understand wealth management products (especially UK wealth management products), financial markets, and market views ? Experience of undertaking portfolio analysis for risk and return characteristics ? Hands-on experience in capturing As-Is business processes, documenting business rules & exception logic ? Candidate must have hands-on process modelling experience ? Good to have knowledge of any process modelling tools knowledge ? Experience in conducting workshops and sessions to elicit business requirements. ? Must have interacted with business users directly and captured business processes with various levels of granularity ? Experience in process re-engineering - Analyze processes, identify process improvements and define To-Be processes ? Lean Six Sigma professionals with a strong background of doing similar engagements ? Worked on process automation, processes identification, automation feasibility & business readiness ? Experience in working in Agile as well as Waterfall methodology ? Experience in using different SCRUM tools such has JIRA, Confluence ? Excellent written and oral communication skills ? Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. ? Strong Interpersonal and consultative skills Experience required:10-15 years Duration of the Assignment:6 months Special working conditions (travel, on call etc): ? Remote Working during pandemic ? Once situation improves, candidate is expected to work from Nationwide’s Swindon office.
