Key Responsibilities Product Development Continuous business and system process enhancementsProject managementAdministration and reportingRecruitingExperiencePrevious experience as a Product Owner/Manager particularly within an agile software development environmentPrevious experience managing and leading software development teamsA good understanding of software development and an ability to work with multiple teams of developers to deliver complex solutionsA knowledge of Quality Assurance to manage testing teamsA knowledge of cloud security frameworksA good understanding of the scrum framework and agile methodologiesKnowledge on creating specifications and ticketsTrack and iterate product requirements over the development lifecycleGood Project management skills, including issues risk managementManagement of: Managing and leading successful Software Development teams Building, managing and leading a successful Quality Assurance teamCapacity planning Volatility measurementOperational managementAzure Devops administration of Boards, Teams and TicketsBacklog management Support ticket turnaround time (Under 2 days) Up to date roadmap Identify issues/risksBusiness stakeholder management
