Front End Developer London to £120k

Front End Developer / Full Stack Software Engineer (JavaScript React). As a Front End Developer within a Front Office trading technology team you'll work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with traders and UI/UX designers to understand their requirements and then engineering solutions to meet those needs. You'll focus on frontend / GUI development, enabling the clean and concise display of high volume, complex real-time trading data via cutting edge web based user interfaces. You will be able to contribute to long term projects as well as Greenfield innovations in a technology driven environment where you'll be able to see the effect of your work quickly and reap the rewards.

Driven by technology the company is able to offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures with a gradual return to the office planned when possible with some flexibility going forward.

Requirements:

Front End Developer experience with JavaScript, React and TypeScript

Strong experience with user interface development and technologies including: HTML5, CSS3

Experience of working with intensive data streams and working with data grids

Good grasp of mathematics with an interest in finance / trading

Degree educated, Computer Science or similar discipline

Collaborative with good communications skills; keen to learn and share knowledge with others

Understanding of C# or C++ would be a bonus
