Based near Shepton Mallet, commutable from Bristol, Bath, Weston-Super-Mare

Are you a Manufacturing Manager with experience leading a production team, that is looking to be the go-to person improving and overseeing the manufacturing and production operations?

On offer in this excellent new opportunity is the chance to play a key role in this companies ongoing success by upskilling the team, carrying out continuous improvements and in general using your skills and experience to push the manufacturing department forwards.

The Company themselves Design, Manufacture and Install their bespoke products globally and due to continued success and growth over the years they are looking for a talented Manufacturing Manager to make a real difference to this side of the companies' operation.

This role would suit a Manufacturing Manager for a challenging yet rewarding role where they can use their skills and experience to make a real impact on a company.

The Role:

* Leading Production and manufacturing teams / Operation

* Meeting production targets on time, quality and within budget

* Undertake continuous improvement activities

* Identifying team and individual training needs
