ServiceNow Technical Architect - £70,000 - £80,000 - Remote (must be based in the UK)The company I am currently working with are looking for somebody to fit in to this technical advisory role as a ServiceNow Technical Architect and will be expected to have a strong technical background while being the support for other members of your team. This role will also be highly consultative as you should be constantly building exceptional client relationships.

Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop successful relationships with business leaders while understanding the client's visionEnsure that go-lives, end-user adoption and on-going support is providedUsing objectives that you have been given to make into a customer road mapAnalysing technical requirements and translating them into an architectural blueprintManaging and guiding clients down a solution design by helping with decision points all the way through a technical implementationSkills & QualificationsExperience working with functional business leadersShow that you're able to identify business objectives and develop an outcome focused road map from the objectivesPreviously worked with large Consulting/SI organisationsExperiencePrevious ITOM experience is desiredAchieved a senior level position as an architect previouslyManaged large enterprise programs
