JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title:Thinkfolio Production Support EngineerInside IR 35 Location:Edinburgh Department/Practice: BFSi Job Purpose and primary objectives: New role addition Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Should have experience in Thinkfolio product and API integration with Thinkfolio Experience in L2 production support, managing customized API using Java/.Net Create customized batch Jobs and report using unix/shell scripts and autosys scheduler Responsible for configuring the trade order workflow for asset class. Responsible for Thinkfolio installation, configuration, establish the interface connectivity with various applications, database setup and configuring the batch jobs, reports etc Experience in Migration & Implementation plan Need to Handle Customer Communications and Management Reporting Experience in service now, monitoring tool, reports server Experience in integrating customized API with Thinkfolio Advantage if using Microservices, Restful API Should have experience in interpret different inbound/outbound messages (file /message based) types Experience in managing Trade Order Business user, clarifying business workflows and setup Should have data analytic skills to analyze the data from various source systems Experience in SOP, resolving incidents due to data issues, user setup, integration issues.Key Skills/Knowledge:3+ mandatory experience in Thinkfolio product Experience required:4-6 years Duration of the Assignment:6 months
