Experience:

- Has experience in applying Agile principles in practice. Able to provide a clear, open and transparent framework in which teams can deliver. Has an awareness of Agile tools and is starting to use them intelligently. Able to visualise and make visible the work of the team. Can adapt and reflect, is resilient and has the ability to see outside of the process.

- Experience of conducting user interviews.

- Experience analysing both quantitative and qualitative data to produce UX artefacts.

- Previous experience of managing, planning, designing.

- Previous experience of developing and conducting usability testing sessions.

Skills:

- Excellent facilitation and engagement skills, including negotiation, assertion and influencing

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to gain commitment from a range of stakeholders

- Ability to adapt style and confident in dealing with people at all levels of an organisation both internally and externally.

- The ability to synthesise and summarise complex information (including statistics) into a user-friendly format

- Strong IT skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Skilled in writing and delivering succinct and pertinent reports and presentations for a wide variety of audiences.

- Self-motivated with proven prioritisation skills and the ability to work under pressure while producing high quality work

- High level of resilience

- Research and Strategic Insight
