Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor looking to join small but growing company who've been unaffected by the COVID pandemic where you be home based and cover a local patch?On offer is the opportunity to join a dynamic company who are looking to expand nationwide over the next 12 months and want to work with driven, self-starters keen to develop their career.This company specialise in building surveying, valuation and project management across a diverse range of sectors. They currently cover the Midlands area however have ambitious plans over the next 12 - 18 months to expand UK wide. As a result, they are currently looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team.Based from home, this role will cover the West Midlands area and will mainly involve building surveys and homebuyer reports. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company who have ambitious plans for the next 12 months.The ideal candidate will be an MRICS Building Surveyor looking to work for a small company who are well known for looking after their staff.

The Role:

* Chartered Building Surveyor

* Building Surveys and Homebuyer reports

* Based from home - covering the West Midlands

* £50,000 - £60,000

The Person:

* Must be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)

* Must be able to work independently

* Must live within the Midlands area
