This company are global leading suppliers of high voltage power systems to many industries and are involved in some of the biggest projects in the world. They are currently looking for a proactive operations manager to oversee a team in the office but mainly to build and maintain relationship with new and existing customers. They are looking a reliable employee who wants to work for a top business with a very low staff turnover and ready to take on a great challenge. The Role:

* Operations Manager

* Oversee a team of five - 4 admin staff and 1 project manager

* Check over monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams

* Build and maintain relationships in the power industry

* Liaise with engineering, quoting and production team to ensure projects are running well and on time

* Work closely with the BDM The Person:

* Operations Manager background or similar

* Electrical bias - experience working with high voltage power systems

* Sales background would advantageous
