Business Analyst | 12 Months | 400 per day| Outside of IR35 The roleA key client of mine are looking for an experienced self-starting Business Analyst to join their team focusing on modernising a suit of tech platforms. A variety of projects centred around developing systems and using knowledge of application to investigate, solve and implement solutions to customer issues. Key Responsibilities Gather requirements within the scope of the Project/WorkstreamWork with all relevant Internal and External Stakeholders to gather an AS IS overview, mapping processes to varying levelsWork with all relevant Internal and External Stakeholders to understand problems, processes and limitations. About youKnowledge and experience required The person we seek must have the skills below but just as important is the ability to be positive, adaptable, have a can-do attitude, be pro-active and communicate clearly with a variety of fellow employees and teams.Experience with modernising technology platformsExperience of working with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) is highly desirableExperience of gathering, documenting and communicating requirements is essentialThere is a mixture of projects focused on Security, Market intelligence CRM, Modern Data Platforms, Automation and connectivity so any experience on any of these or a mixture will be a huge benefit.Experience of working within a wider team of developers and QAs is highly desirableExperience of using work management tools such as Jira SkillsOrganised and structured approach to managing streams of work.Ability to effectively communicate complex and/or technical subject matter to a variety of audiencesStructured and collaborative approach to problem solvingProven analytical and deductive abilities.
