EUC EngineerWe are currently looking for an experienced EUC Engineer to join our highly regarded client based in Oxfordshire.The role is a brand-new role and will require flexibility and creative thinking skills to relentlessly contribute towards making a truly great service. You must be able to build and maintain good relationships with those around you and at all levels of the business.You will provide 3rd line operational support across the estate and will need to have a high degree of energy, enthusiasm and commitment to succeed.You will contribute to the development of strategic and tactical engineering roadmaps for technologies and services in your area of responsibility, making sure that they are future proofed, and that the organisation derives maximum value from investment in technologies.Job Responsibilties '€¢Provide outstanding customer service to all users and colleagues, ensuring that they receive an amazing experience every time they request assistance.'€¢Be a change agent driving continuous improvement in desktop process methodology and best practices.'€¢Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by acting as a thought catalyst by keeping the desktop community up to date on industry, enterprise and business trends. Inject this context into technology decisions.'€¢You will be able to help shape the ongoing development of desktop and customer platforms, products and services.'€¢You will have the expertise to develop architectural solutions for desktop products, platforms and services throughout their lifecycles.'€¢You will ensure products and services deliver the right business outcomes.'€¢Provide specialist technical support for incidents, problems and changes to solutions and services.
