Infor M3 Finance Consultant | Oslo, Norway | Leading Financial PackageOur client is looking for a Scandinavian speaking Senior Finance Consultant, to join their rapidly growing team, be an important contributor within this special area for M3 customers.Our client promotes an exciting collaborative team culture. As a Senior Finance Consultant, you will work on multiple various projects where you will be involved in implementing and developing customers' processes with Infor M3 as a tool.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with business and process analysis for configuration and end-user training, consulting and problem solving;Collaborate with the customer and project team;Analyse and understand critical business needs and challenges; andHelp customers transform the needs into solutions and functionality in the system.Key CriteriaMinimum three years' experience with ERP (finance modules), preferably within Infor M3;Prior experience within customer relations, as you will be required to follow up both customers and colleagues in the team;Scandinavian language fluency;Master's degree or similar education;Strong consulting skills e.g. presenting and demonstrating solutions to customers, understanding business processes and having the ability to relate these to product functionality; andGood relationship-building qualities be structured and methodical.Our client offers flexibility in everyday work and promotes a good social environment.
