Refrigeration Engineer (Renewables Training)

Blackpool, Lancashire

£24,000-£28,000 + training + progression + pension + company van & fuel card + PPE & tools + 25 days holiday + overtime

Based in Lancashire, this renewables company is a growing business with aggressive expansion plans. This company is a manufacturer, installer, and servicer of top end air source heat pumps that operates nationwide. It is a small, family run business which is run in a friendly and personable way.

This role is an exciting opportunity involving nationwide travel and the ability to grow with the company. You'll be travelling to customer sites to repair faults on bespoke ASHPs and reporting back to the factory to improve future designs. There is potential in this role to grow into a future leader and trainer who has a real impact on the company.

The ideal candidate will be an engineer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a refrigeration role, who has a desire to get into the ever expanding renewables industry.

This is a great opportunity for a refrigeration engineer to join a business where they can develop and progress their career and be treated as a vital cog in the machine.

The role:

* Covering the whole of the UK

* Servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on air source heat pumps

* Reporting back to the factory to support the development of future designs

* Interacting and liaising with customers

The person:

* Will have a minimum of 2 years' refrigeration experience

* Will have, or be working towards, an F-Gas qualification

* Will have braising experience & a relevant qualification

* Is happy to cover the whole of UK

* Will be based within a 30 mile radius of Blackpool
