Information Assurance Accreditor (Security/Cyber professional) (SC Cleared)Our Central Government client based in London are recruiting for a Senior Accreditor. The role requires SC Clearance.The role of the Information Assurance and Accreditor (IAA) Team is to ensure a business lead approach to technical change, ensuring an understanding of impact to operational activity and the live services that enable it.IAA subject matter experts will engage and work with programmes and projects to manage risks related to the information use, processing, storage, and transmission. The Senior Accreditor will review risks relating to systems hosting information and associated processes. This will require consideration of many cyber, information and business risk considerations of enabling change.The Accreditor role will be required to contribute to the improvement of IA activity including:Information process authorship and implementation design in support of efficient business operationsThe identification, formulation and assurance (e.g. governance facilitation) of the baseline standards and thresholds associated with information processesCollaboration and facilitation of information focussed programme and business engagements to enable changeAuthorship of IA artefacts, inputs, policies and briefings required to facilitate changeThe reporting of any identified risk to Programme delivery and safe business operations as discovered by their IA engagementsThe Accreditor role will be expected to provide input and advice to:Technology boards, stakeholders and meetings as defined by Programme leadershipProgramme Business Change stakeholders and managementProgramme designs and schedules to support project mangersRisk identification and management processesCandidates must have industry qualifications such as;Certified Cyber ProfessionalCertified Information Security ManagerCertified Information Systems Security Professional
