The RoleWorking on house building sites local to Henley on ThamesComprehensive training to enable you to progress within the business & industryInitially shadowing the site manager with the prospect to progress to site manager within 12 months of starting

The PersonUniversity graduate ideally with a construction related degreeTenacious and showing a keen passion to progress within construction managementOn site experience is not essential as full training will be provided
